Right now collections are only shown first added first. I think it would be useful to be able to look at the last added first.

invoice should show support costs under project and not organization
We need the support costs (in our case Atlas Pro) to show up for each cluster under the project on the invoice. Right now, it shows up as a separate line item in a lump sum under the organization. It makes it difficult or impossible to properly bill the individual cost centers for support costs for their clusters.
If those costs showed up next to the clusters within the project, it would be easy to say project1 goes to cost center 1, but now we have to do project 1 goes to cost center 1 plus some percentage of the…

Profiler window should auto zoom to sampling period and show sampling period range
Atlas documentation states that the Query Profiler shows up to 10,000 queries within the past 24 hours: https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/tutorial/profile-database/index.html#data-display-limitations
However, it is confusing to see that the Profiler cannot show more than a couple hours of data, likely because it is hitting the 10,000 entry limit.
The plot still shows a view showing 24 hours of time, but only the past couple hours have data plotted, misleadingly indicating that there are no slow queries before a couple hours ago – here's an example: https://p-37FYgJ.b1.n0.cdn.getcloudapp.com/items/JruWZDYK/Image%202020-03-25%20at%2010.49.32%20AM.png?v=7f79362e62c8d15a9f91f8ba4d5aecaf
Atlas should make the sampling time window clear in the Query Profiler graph so that we…

Helpful error message when restoring backup
When I recently attempted to restore a db backup I got a cryptic error message stating "Error: Cluster Not Found"--which was extremely confusing considering that I pressed the restore button in the backup options. After some great tech support, I added my user as project owner and everything worked fine.
Please make the error message clearer in both the Restore and Download backup scenarios.

Ability to search for filter conditions in Atlas Alert builder
It would be helpful to be able to search for a trigger condition in the Alert builder when creating/editing an alert.
Currently, you need to scroll to find specific conditions, but the list is long so it can take some time to find the particular one needed.

Switch from legacy Slack tokens to Slack app
Slack tokens are now deprecated and a legacy implementation. You cannot generate new tokens anymore either, so it's impossible for us to set up Slack notifications.
Please create a Slack app to allows us to use Slack alerts again.

Sharable Atlas URL query
Add a way to share queries on Atlas UI. We could have something like:
https://cloud.mongodb.com/v2/<id>#metrics/replicaSet/<id>/explorer/<db_name>/<collection>/find?query={"email": "..."}
(URL encoded, of course)
That would open the Atlas UI in the collections tab, auto-insert and auto-run the query. This would allow non-tech users to look at data easily.
(People using the link would have to be logged in and also have the necessary permissions to access those pages, as they normally would)

Shorter Temporary Durations for Network Access whitelist
Hello,
it would be nice if you could add options for temporary whitelist entries that are shorter than 6 hours. Often in our Team we find ourselves just needing to whitelist an ip for a short amount of time to look up some documents or fix a bug.
For that case it would be nice to have additional shorter options like 3h, 1h, 30m, 15m.Thanks for taking a look

Merge All Of It Into One
There is MongoDB Atlas, Realm, & Stitch. Why don't you merge all of it into one - MongoDB Atlas.
There are a lot of platforms, which is very confusing for all of the developers to use. Instead, there can be only one platform in which, they can perform everything with simple integration of the programming languages.
You could simplify your docs as well and like I said, have only one type of integration with all of the programming languages.
If you implement my idea, it will become very easy for developing and you can get more customers. Why should everything…

Show a graph of BANKED iops (AWS)
Atlas monitoring is great... but it would be super helpful to see a graph of banked iops. (or an approximation of this)
Suppose my iops limit is 100... and during the night my bank gets fully charged to 5.4MM.
During the heavy loads on my server, let's say my iops jump to a steady 500. This means that I am drawing 400 units from my bank. I can do this for 3.75 hours until my bank is exhausted. It would be so helpful to see an iops bank balance drawing down during peak, recharging during off-peak... and thus getting insight…

Upgrades from shared to dedicated clusters should only make the cluster available after data has been restored
We have recently upgraded from a shared tier to a dedicated cluster. As document, this process involved a downtime. However, what was not document is that the cluster becomes reachable for clients again before the data has been fully restored. That way, clients can invoke operations on the cluster, that may even interfere with the mongorestore process. I would propose to make the cluster available again to public clients only after all data has been restored to avoid the chance for such race conditions.

Cluster/Database changes from Atlas portal does not show correct user in DB Audit log
We have enabled Database audit for some projects, because we need to track who have done specific changes , like dropping an index.
When someone using Atlas portal, the logged-in user does not show up in Audit record.
Is not that possible to track ?

View dashboards as if another user
As a Project Owner, when I start rolling out dashboards to new users, I would find it very useful to see the dashboards as they can see them with their current permissions. I would like to be able to "View As" a particular user, so I can see that I have granted them the correct set of dashboards and test their permissions work for them. Obviously a feature for Owners only.

'Find' should offer a JSON mode
Under Atlas > Clusters > Collections I can select a Collection and use the 'Find' option to quickly seek and edit a Document. At the moment the UI display is like JSON, but has stripped out the brackets, which makes copying the data awkward.
Feature 1: The find display UI should offer a JSON mode, so the the Document, or parts of it can be copied in JSON format.
If I select the Edit option, the editing UI is 'intelligent', in that it forces JSON compliance via the various options. However, this makes pasting in new data impossible.
Feature 2:…

Support for AWS KMS CMK per cluster (instead of on a project level)
Hi Team,
Currently, we have KMS CMK configuration available on the project level.
We are hoping to see if that can be changed on cluster level.Reason: Once we update the key, all the clusters will get re-encrypted with new key, but snapshots will not be re-encrypted with the new key.
For any reason, if we need to restore snapshot of one particular cluster, we will need to update KMS key with the old one, which impacts all clusters to get re-encrypted and then only can restore.Hence we believe cluster level KMS setting would be beneficial in such a…
