Ability to delete account
I really need to delete my account as this is not what I am looking for.

Hello,
I just want to update this ticket that self-serve account deletion is supported since August 2021. Please note that once you delete your Atlas account, you cannot use the same email to create a new Atlas account.

Seriously, and we can't access customer support without upgrading, which is very scammy

Only shady business don't give their users an easy way to just delete an account from user settings.

I've followed these ludicrous instructions for deleting my account, including sending the email and have heard nothing back. It should be easy to delete an account instead of convoluted and completely unnecessarily user-unfriendly!

They've made it so complicated to delete your account. It seems entirely unreasonable that there isn't simply an option to delete!! @$#!
