Responsive charts
One of the selling points for Qlik is the ability to have charts that resize depending on the screen size. I struggle a bit when resizing the screen and the charts don't resize. They should be responsive and adapt to the screen size!

Ability to toggle Dark Theme
Most dashboards from different services offer the ability to be in Dark Mode, which is easier to read and saves loads of energy.
As a workaround users can use browser extensions to apply a css dark theme.
Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/dark-mode-webextension/
Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/care-your-eyes/fidmpnedniahpnkeomejhnepmbdamlhl

Chart zoom
Horizontally dragging across a section of a chart with your mouse should zoom in on the range of data you selected. Default zoom ranges would also be nice (ex: a chart with lots of historical data, but only displaying the last n-days, allowing a user to optionally zoom out to see the rest of the data).

Allow to customize/substitute mongodb logo on publicly shared dashboard
As described, it would be nice to have publicly shared dashboard to have own logo or hide the existing mongodb logo(just like embedded chart).

Add little icons to customize widgets
Can we have little icons we can add on certain charts just below the title, or as a separate widget ? For example numbers charts, it can be even more appealing for people who aren't use to mongodb charts

Dashboard quick navigation
When viewing a dashboard, it would be great to have a drop down for quick navigation to other dashboards without having to navigate back to the dashboard overview page first.

Show ALL filters in a scrollable list, instead of forcing users to "Add value" when there are more than ~20 possible filters.
When creating a dashboard in MongoDB Charts, the "filter" functionality is GREAT.
However, when there are more than ~20 possible values, the remaining values are completely hidden and "Not all values are displayed" is shown.
Users can manually "Add value" to apply a filter, but that requires the user to KNOW what the missing filter value(s) are.
This is an issue for us, because we are a franchise with 26+ locations, and often want to filter our client data at the store level. Unfortunately, because every shop is not listed in the filters (6-8 are not displayed), it's really hard…

Ability to open a Dashboard in a new tab
I'd like to be able to open Dashboards in a new tab. The links to Dashboards are not "real links", so it's not possible to right click / cmd+click to open a Dashboard in a new tab.

Import single charts in existing dashboards
As we can now export dashboards as code, it could be great and very usefull to have the option of import a single chart (or some) into an existing dashboard.

Dashboard placement of charts: fixed mode
The auto-placement behaviour of charts on dashboards may have its uses, but often it can be highly disruptive and require all sorts of chart-sizing workarounds and wasted time repositioning charts after they exercise their current anti-gravity tendency.
Can we have a fixed-placement mode so that charts stay where we put them on dashboards?4 votes -
Search Filter on Text fields
In Google Datastudio and I am sure in other tools like this you are not limited to randomly picked values for filtering data. We should have the option to Search and ideally be prompted with possible options(autocomplete) when filtering/searching on text fields.

Add a mechanism for switching a dashboard to "edit" mode
When viewing a dashboard (example: https://charts.mongodb.com/charts-build-failures-deyus/public/dashboards/635a911f-5f92-4f99-871d-c74626013667), it is not easy to switch to editing that dashboard. Even if I have admin rights to a dashboard, there's no single/simple/obvious way to switch to an editing mode. Could y'all consider adding a UI mechanism (say, a toggle button) to switch to edit mode?
