Responsive charts
One of the selling points for Qlik is the ability to have charts that resize depending on the screen size. I struggle a bit when resizing the screen and the charts don't resize. They should be responsive and adapt to the screen size!

Ability to toggle Dark Theme
Most dashboards from different services offer the ability to be in Dark Mode, which is easier to read and saves loads of energy.
As a workaround users can use browser extensions to apply a css dark theme.

Chart zoom
Horizontally dragging across a section of a chart with your mouse should zoom in on the range of data you selected. Default zoom ranges would also be nice (ex: a chart with lots of historical data, but only displaying the last n-days, allowing a user to optionally zoom out to see the rest of the data).

Add little icons to customize widgets
Can we have little icons we can add on certain charts just below the title, or as a separate widget ? For example numbers charts, it can be even more appealing for people who aren't use to mongodb charts

Allow to customize/substitute mongodb logo on publicly shared dashboard
As described, it would be nice to have publicly shared dashboard to have own logo or hide the existing mongodb logo(just like embedded chart).

Dashboards with tabs
It would be great if dashboard creator could add tabs to the dashboard and for example group charts in categories

Dashboard quick navigation
When viewing a dashboard, it would be great to have a drop down for quick navigation to other dashboards without having to navigate back to the dashboard overview page first.

Search Filter on Text fields
In Google Datastudio and I am sure in other tools like this you are not limited to randomly picked values for filtering data. We should have the option to Search and ideally be prompted with possible options(autocomplete) when filtering/searching on text fields.

Import single charts in existing dashboards
As we can now export dashboards as code, it could be great and very usefull to have the option of import a single chart (or some) into an existing dashboard.

Dashboard placement of charts: fixed mode
The auto-placement behaviour of charts on dashboards may have its uses, but often it can be highly disruptive and require all sorts of chart-sizing workarounds and wasted time repositioning charts after they exercise their current anti-gravity tendency.
Can we have a fixed-placement mode so that charts stay where we put them on dashboards?3 votes -
add categories for dashboards
add the possibility to add categories to each dashboard so that it's possible to use them as a filter or viewing in a tree like / multi level structure.
handy for when you have many dashboards3 votes -

Ability to open a Dashboard in a new tab
I'd like to be able to open Dashboards in a new tab. The links to Dashboards are not "real links", so it's not possible to right click / cmd+click to open a Dashboard in a new tab.

Persist custom values in filters
Since filter values are generated from sample of data, filter does not always includes all values that we would like to filter on. User is therefore forced to add custom values. A custom value however is not retained if not checked so one ends up adding those values every time we would like to compare charts with different filters turned on/off.

Make Dashboard filters more customizable.
For example, being able to delete and narrow down the available values to toggle on and off. I am filtering by a large amount of org ids and I don't want to see a whole bunch of org ids that I didn't add on my filter list. Make it hard to remember which ones should be toggled on. Also, if you could rename filter values just for the filter page, and not have it affect/rename the actual values. Fort example, replace those org ids with the names of the orgs but not have the actual ids in the system change.

Automatically convert urls into clickable links in dashboard and chart descriptions
I have added urls in dashboard descriptions and would like them to be clickable so my description is more useful for me and for other users that I have shared my dashboard with. This will be great for charts descriptions too.

Vpc vs Internet network traffic
There's currently no way to tell if the network traffic shown in the chart comes from Internet or from one of the VPC peered networks.
It would be interesting to be able to see the network traffic for each VPC and public internet so spikes on network activity could be easier to investigate. Also would allow migrations of networking configurations to be visualized and validated easier. As of now the only way I found to do that was to check the database access history to see the source IP of the clients.
Also, I was thinking that likely Atlas does…
