  1. Organize by Organization in support tickets.

    When opening a ticket, this UI doesn't organize by Organization. It shows all the projects in one drop down.

    If I have two "production" projects, then I won't know which is which.

    The UI needs an Organization filter.

  2. Instead of loading all collections, let me choose which namespace to open in data explorer

    when attempting to view collections we run into long delays or a failure to load. Especially When loading list for large instances it always fails to load and there are some performance issues for larger instances as well for loading new pages.

    We frequently leverage the data explorer in Atlas, and this is the most painful part of our workflow.

    Would it be possibly to search for specific collection instead of loading all collections every time we open the collections tab?

    We can we expect any documentation/tutorials and the like for Maui? It's Microsofts near future and I'd rather skip Xamarin and start with MAUI as it prepares to roll out. I just don't want to leave my comfort zone (.NET) just yet until it shows I must.

  4. A basic login feature. Not forced to use google.

    How about a better way to login. The normal way... When I switch between accounts I'm sent through a completely unnecessary rabbit hole between accounts with this new chrome profile garbage. It's really inconvenient. It's like rolling the dice if you can login sometimes.

  7. Make platform inclusive of Single Name Users

    Hi Team,
    Today it is mandatory to use Single Name user in MongoDB. However not all have last name, family name etc. It is important that the system needs to inclusive of people like us who are named only with our name, to be part of any system and MongoDB being document based DB, it should be easy make this change and we will be able to see our profile name, certificate name with our LEGAL NAME than just random escape character for last name for those who don't have the last name.

  8. public link to my mongodb university 'profile' so I can prove my training

    I have profiles on several different learning platforms and the one feature that I really like is that I can often time give a public URL to someone who wishes to see my profile and the courses I've completed. It seems that MongoDB University doesn't yet offer this feature. It would be really nice if it did!

  9. Show the hostname of the cluster in the list of clusters

    Currently I have to click three buttons just to see the hostname of the cluster. Please fix this :-)

  10. Copy data from aggregation view

    I cannot count how many times in a week I want to execute fast query with the aggregation view (which is very convenient to use) and copy/paste the output data to my team. However, I cannot which is very annoying since I have to copy BY HAND the output result.
    Please, please, please, let me copy the data (in the uploaded file, I want to copy the data in red circle)

  11. Organize and filter Realm functions

    When you start to have a lot of Realm functions, it's a nightmare to navigate through them.

    It would be nice to be able to:
    1. Filter the functions based on: public/private, authentication method
    2. Organize functions in (virtual) folders

  12. Security Code Autocomplete Mac

    For quicker sign in I think it would be nice to have security code autofill for Two Factor Authentication for Mac enabled. Below I have attached documentation to be more specific.

  14. Self-served spend reports

    UK customer, would like self-served spend reports, and the ability to slice and dice, like Google and DoiT their GCP re-seller. The current approach is very old fashioned.... manual etc.

  15. Single pane of glass/ single view of MDB systems for monitoring/performance

    On behalf of UK customer: Would be good to have a centralised view of their whole MDB systems. Would like to see at glance performance instead of using a dashboard for each specific server.

  16. Update PayPal email address

    I have found that once a PayPal email address has been captured, your system won't let me update it, even if I delete it and replace it with completely different information on PayPal's end. PayPal email addresses should not be immutable information. Our organisation has had to change the address we use for PayPal due to receiving spam on older address a number of times. It will happen again. You will need to either sync your data with PayPal, so it is updated and correct, or let customers change it for themselves.

  17. Cloud UI fails to load at times

    MongoDB cloud UI fails to load and it shows a blank screen as shown in the attached image. This happens even when a stable internet connection is present. I encounter this issue almost everyday and it hampers product development since the cloud dashboard is the gateway to my day to day development. To resolve this I have to try various solutions like clearing tabs, browser cache and at times it will still not resolve the issue. I presume this is somehow related to Google Authentication part, because once the page is loaded it works fine for the most part.

  18. Darken placeholder text on database user creation form

    The placeholder text that says "e.g. new user-user_31" and "Enter password" on the database user creation form are very, very light. I was unable to see them on my monitor and thought both boxes were for the password, repeated for confirmation.

    The text should be darkened, or a "Username: " and "Password: " identifier for the form section should be added.

  20. Be able to copy collections from one database to another through the UI.

    Be able to copy collections from one database to another through the UI.

    Sometimes I'm re-organizing things and it'd be nice to be able to easily move collections to new databases without dropping to the command line and connecting from scratch.
