  1. Do not reference "support" in billing page

    Remove reference to "support" on the billing page. Specifically, when you scroll over the "?" bubble next to the Atlas Pro/Enterprise/Platinum line item the only information that pops up is "includes end-to-end support". Customers tend to view this as the only value associated with that line item.

    Suggestion: Add a link to the features they are unlocking with the subscription like https://www.mongodb.com/collateral/mongodb-atlas-professional-datasheet

  2. Cost Center on organisations and projects

    Set up a field to manage the cost centers by organization and by projects and ensure that this information is available on the invoice (pdf, txt, csv).

    In a large organization, you want to have a single invoice for the organization, but assigned the costs to the right departments.

    In addition, correct the current invoice (PDF & TXT) to add the summary of costs by project by displaying the name of the project and not its ID. See picture.

  3. Backup Cost Estimator

    As backup retention policy or amount of data changes, it is difficult for customers to easily estimate or visualize how these changes will impact cost of backups. It would be helpful to have further visibility into this.

  5. Option to remove the old clusters from Billing overview

    Have an option to remove old/deleted clusters from Billing overview > Usage By Deployment.
    Now only after 12 months (if not used anymore) the name will be removed from the chart.

  6. Self-served spend reports

    UK customer, would like self-served spend reports, and the ability to slice and dice, like Google and DoiT their GCP re-seller. The current approach is very old fashioned.... manual etc.

  7. Update PayPal email address

    I have found that once a PayPal email address has been captured, your system won't let me update it, even if I delete it and replace it with completely different information on PayPal's end. PayPal email addresses should not be immutable information. Our organisation has had to change the address we use for PayPal due to receiving spam on older address a number of times. It will happen again. You will need to either sync your data with PayPal, so it is updated and correct, or let customers change it for themselves.

  8. Change nomenclature for Elastic Billing Activation Codes

    In the billing UI it lists the activation code as “Atlas Prepaid Credits” once applied, even though the code is for elastic invoicing. This is creating confusion for customers who think they have a credit pool and that they should see data in Available, Total, Used columns. Can this be renamed to Atlas Elastic or something to suggest the new billing in affect?
