It would be nice for Compass to be easier to read for those with eyesight issues.

Vejo que há versões para outros sistemas.
Acredito ser mais produtivo um PWA ou um App Android visando ser usado no Chromebook que assim seria um apk para o Chrome OS.
Isso ajudaria aos usuários do Chrome OS, a se organizar mais entre os processos de desenvolvimento em meu ponto de vista.
I see that there are versions for other systems.
I believe that a PWA or an Android App is more productive to be used on the Chromebook, which would be an apk for Chrome OS.

Allow use of keyboard to select a data type
When adding a value, I cannot use my keyboard to switch between data types (like a typical dropdown).
Example, if I use TAB, it should highlight the dropdown, then I can hit "T" which would automatically select timestamp.
This is the normal function of dropdowns in the web - since this is an Electron app, it shouldn't be too difficult to implement.

Historical log of slow operations
Compass's "slowest operations" feature in the performance tab has been very helpful for debugging collection scans due to missing indexes.
The only problem is that I have to sit there and watch it to try and "catch" the slow operations with a click before they disappear. I'm running many databases on this server, and the server is talked to by many web servers running various apps and tools, and my debugging process usually starts with noticing spikes in the Operation Execution Time (from the free monitoring page).
There are obviously other ways to log slow operations, but I've found Compass…

Kill switch for Aggregation Pipeline queries
This would be useful for working with big collections(10 mil+).
When i define aggregation pipeline in Compass, and increase timeout to some high value(because it's big collection so the pipeline can easily run for minutes and let it run, and than while it's running i change some of the stages to something else - due to that intentionally big timeout, i have to now wait before the first query ends, and then try to run the new one.
A kill switch, either manual or automatic on stage change would help with this

Sync Database Schema & Collection Schema
To efficiently work in a development environment and then apply changes to the database changes, something like diff between development (source) and production (target) database, there has to be a feature of synchronising Schema only (without data) with optional opt in for Data as well. It should be bi directional. While synchronising Collections, Schema validation should also be allowed to synchronise apart from indexes. All these options should be allowed to select or de select with proper warnings.

Avoid listing deleted Atlas databases in Compass
Deleted databases appear in the view even though it's not reflected in the database itself.

"Relaxed Mode" be added to compass exports,
Compass should have a feature to export data in Relaxed Mode . It's exporting the unwanted objectId": { "$numberLong": "48726857629970" } for consistency import which is not required . For some data-comparison , I need the relaxed mode feature to be enabled . This would be an additional features enables users to export the collection in relaxed mode as well

Network message compressor support
I've got MongoDB 4.2 Community server which is configured with net.compression.compressors: "zstd,snappy,zlib" but after inspecting the output of db.serverStatus(), it seems MongoDB Compass is not using any compressor.
It'd be nice to support compression and actually allow users to configure preferred compressors like Mongo Shell does.

Automatic 'add new field after key' when sole option for editing with '+'
A lot of the time, 'Add new field after X' will be your only option when clicking the '+' button when editing a document. I shouldn't have to click another button after that in this case.

Compass UI/UX
The older way of opening up new window for different connection to a selected database was very optimal. We dont need to have same window for all the database connections we do. And this UI is still not as good as older UI. I am talking about the UI/UX experience which was just before this new one

float tabs and view side by side
Would love to be able to float tabs and split tab views to view query results side by side.

Consistent new tab behavior for + button.
Use case. I have a number of tabs already open with existing queries. I need to dig into a new problem or idea. Hitting the + button opens a new tab with whatever collection I was on. I then click on a collection in the db/collection navigation pane. At that point the behavior is inconsistent depending on if I have another tab already open to collection I click on.
Would prefer if the behavior remained consistent. I just clicked on a new tab so until I actually fill in a query on that tab, any click on a collection should…

Improving user experience of Aggregation pipeline builder
Today, when I describe extensive aggregations, I need to use the "</> TEXT" method in the interface because it is the only way I have to comment on what each step does and to efficiently locate myself in each step. In such a way that these comments would be visually displayed before each stage in the "{} STAGES" option of the "Aggregations" tab.
It would be great if it were possible to not only comment on the steps but perhaps group them (only visually). One of the things that can be done is to use "// #regions" as it happens…
