alerts on specific database
I'd like to setup an alert on my cluster for specific database but currently I can only setup alerts for all databases on my cluster. for example, send alerts when "Document Metrics: Deleted above 1" on zyz database

"We have alerts configured at a project level but we have multiple teams that share those projects and sometimes even share a cluster... We'd like the ability to intelligently route the alerts based on something more granular like database and / or collection...."
