Allow bulk changes to alerts - e.g. changing slack channel
Changes alerts is really painful. For one thing, pressing the Enter key doesn't close the dialog and nor does pressing Escape.
This makes it really painful to change something simple like the slack channel used for alerts.

A bulk actions feature like this would also really help when you want to add a third party service as recipient for alerts, or even update the email address used to receive alerts.
When you have tens of projects, each with tens of alerts, that's hundreds of alerts to individually update in the UI (sure, could probably write a cli script to do it, but bulk actions in the UI would be so much easier).
