    Private chart. Without this, the only way to do it is with the Author role which allows the user to explore other data on their own. Which we do not want. It really doesn't make sense to allow them to view the data, yet not export it as CSV. They already have access to the data - just not in a good format.

    Currently there is no way to give a Viewer role access to CSV's and this would be a work around for that as well.
