It would be great to display the number of results when filtering a collection.
Currently, the only way to have this information is to click through all the pages of results until reaching the last page. But often, the only information I need is the number of results, and I don't care about the results themselves.
But it belongs more in this category, IMHO.3 votes
Currently I have to click three buttons just to see the hostname of the cluster. Please fix this :-)1 vote
I cannot count how many times in a week I want to execute fast query with the aggregation view (which is very convenient to use) and copy/paste the output data to my team. However, I cannot which is very annoying since I have to copy BY HAND the output result.
Please, please, please, let me copy the data (in the uploaded file, I want to copy the data in red circle)1 vote
right how, we can only use command line or mongodb compass to import/export data1 vote
I just had an atlas workshop. The trainer changed a cluster and got the "We are deploying your changes ..." blue bar at the top.
But he also got a "AUTOMATION STATUS" button in there, showing a very helpful table reflecting the changing cluster members and tasks in real time.
I asked in the chat and got the info: "Unfortunately, this automation status button is only available to MongoDB employee accounts."
I'd like to see this feature released into the wild.5 votes
The placeholder text that says "e.g. new user-user_31" and "Enter password" on the database user creation form are very, very light. I was unable to see them on my monitor and thought both boxes were for the password, repeated for confirmation.
The text should be darkened, or a "Username: " and "Password: " identifier for the form section should be added.1 vote
Be able to copy collections from one database to another through the UI.
Sometimes I'm re-organizing things and it'd be nice to be able to easily move collections to new databases without dropping to the command line and connecting from scratch.1 vote
- please make the name of the atlas trigger more visible and fixed when you scroll, like it is with the realm webhooks edit page. If I edit more than one it's dangerous to get confused as to which file I'm on.
- please move the Save button to the left side. It hides, ironically, under the feedback button. I didn't notice it once and lost some code.
Put Refresh button on left side some time on small screen it is not visible we need to scroll1 vote
Please add a download button, you'll make my life easy1 vote
It would be very useful to be able to sort the network access table by ip and description1 vote
Currently the only way to see access history is going page by page until you find whatever you are looking for.
There's no way to filter/search by any of the information fields like timestamp, username, ip address, db host, etc. Also ordering of the data by any of those fields would be helpful.1 vote
When configuring the compound shard key for Global Writes, currently, there is no way to set the compound index key into unique. Besides, this can not be achieved through the Terraform deployment.
Set unique index is a very common thing. I wish MongoDB Altas can support this feature in Altas UI and Terraform.
If we create a Privatelink Endpoint Service via the MongoDB Atlas UI, we don't have the option to create the following alerts via the UI:
- AWS Privatelink endpoint service created
- AWS Privatelink endpoint service deleted
- AWS Privatelink interface created
- AWS Privatelink interface deleted
Can this feature please be added?1 vote
you just support Google authenticator.
No Microsoft authenticator or Authy?
Surprise to see you have added authenticator called Okta, never heard of fit.
Why options are so limited for MFA??
I'm missing an abortion option on MFA code entry. I am forced to enter a code although I may want to change my login data. An abortion option would be helpful.1 vote
The bell icon in other apps indicates notifications. I spent 5 minutes trying to find the alerts page, overlooking the bell icon which i was certain would be a notifications view.1 vote
Opening the Collections tab of a large cluster takes multiple seconds. For example, 8 dbs + 310 collections took 5 seconds to open.8 votes
Collections view is not good for small width. It displays horizontal scrollbar and I hate it.
Try something to expand the main content, such as make the sidebar collapsible.
