    Hi Sebastien, we filed https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/KAFKA-183. This improvement will allow any errors including those caused by $jsonSchema validation to put placed in the DLQ. Thank you for your feedback!

    Confluent is aware of and working on a static IP support for Confluent Cloud. The good news is you can use AWS PrivateLink today. See https://www.confluent.io/blog/mongodb-atlas-connector-in-secure-environments/.

    Please see https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/KAFKA-51. This feature will most likely be available in the next release 1.4 of the connector.
