An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Joanna! This is a great idea, and definitely one that could provide a lot of value to users.
Due to the nuances that the yellow exclamation icon encompasses, we've spent a lot of time thinking about what information to include in the tooltip: what if the yellow warning icon represents a transient state which has already triggered Atlas' automatic self-healing?
In such a situation where a user does not have to intervene, how would you prefer the message be presented?

An error occurred while saving the comment Here is one of our docs pages that covers many connection scenarios: https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/connect-to-cluster/
Here is another reference that describes the various components of a connection string URI: https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/reference/connection-string/
The connection string URI that you get in the Atlas UI is a SRV record that resolves to the nodes in your MongoDB replica set. It should be sufficient to pick the tool you prefer (eg shell, Compass, or MongoDB driver) and use the SRV connection string from the UI to connect to your cluster.
If you're still encountering problems, our support team (accessible via the icon in the bottom right of the UI) or our community form (https://community.mongodb.com/) are good avenues to seek help!

Thanks for the feedback! We're increasingly looking to improve how we interact with Atlas users. Here's a blog post + video detailing how to deploy and connect to a free tier cluster: https://www.mongodb.com/blog/post/quick-start-getting-your-free-mongodb-atlas-cluster Are there other topics you would like us to cover? Is video/YouTube always your preferred medium?

An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Idris!
Thanks for the feedback. Could I ask which logs you were most interested in being able to export/stream to a third party service: database logs, audit logs, or Atlas activity logs, etc? I'm sure you already know this but Atlas does currently integrate with Datadog for metric data (https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/tutorial/third-party-service-integrations/), though we don't yet support pushing logs to Datadog at the moment.
Could you also add some color on why this is important to you? How does it fit into your workflow?

An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Oleksii,
Thank you for the feedback! I hear you that the way we've structured the groupings for various actions isn't intuitive in this case. I hope that in this case, you were able to leverage the search at the top of the dropdown to quickly find the action you wanted. For what it's worth, the groupings you see for Custom Roles is mapped to how one would define privileged actions under the hood: https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/reference/privilege-actions/#listCollections - if you're ever in a similar situation in the future, hopefully this can serve as helpful reference.
Hey Winston! This is a great idea. What problems are you trying to solve with the ability to add labels to clusters in the UI?
