We have it in server status for Network IO but not disk IO.
We have disk IO utilizations collected in FTDC – this is done for all devices and we also collect the mount points periodically.'

This information is available through FTDC and Logs at the moment, serverStatus provides information on the running process.

N & O update: Currently in the database core backlog and in development - Report contention metrics in serverStatus and FTDC (Mutex observability) Epic SPM-3828. https://mongodb.aha.io/features/SNO-10.
Atlas team will then have the opportunity to expose such feature to end customers.
