We are coming from platform and infrastructure team of a large healthcare organization. There is absolutely necessity to be made more aware of what is going on the platform irrespective of the nature of the service - including fully managed cloud services like mongoDB atlas.
It is crucial for P1 applications of the enterprise running services like these to better plan , react and troubleshoot waroom situations.
Looking for setting a priority on this item from product.
1. A single UI section that describes about the maintenance activity, the timing, the impact and the rollback options., by the project. For all types of activities performed on our clusters - no small no big.
2. Possibility of silencing alerts during the maintenance activity to reduce noise to on call support from getting paged on something that we are aware.
