    Hi William – few questions:

    - what error are you seeing when trying to connect?
    - Are you connecting to an Atlas cluster?
    - Can you connect to the cluster using MongoDB Shell / Compass in the same machine (and network)?

    Hi Szrubas – did you try pressing cmd+s (for File -> Save) to save the document? If so, what error did you notice?

    Thank you for your feedback, Mark. Just to understand your request better - did you mean you wanted a way to create documents without having to run a playground file?
