    I would like to vote this request, since I hear that from the field that customer would like to have more possibilities to allow/restrict access per particular user/group also for CHARTS specific

  3. Add more specific roles for Charts

    Hi everyone,


    We have some exciting news for you all, we are commencing work on Charts specific roles this month!


    We will be launching the following x2 new roles:

    Charts Author - these users can view/create charts and dashboards in Charts as long as they have access to the underlying data sources.

    Charts Viewer - these users can view charts and dashboards in Charts as long as they have access to the underlying data sources


    Both roles will have reduced permissions at the Project level and will have access to only Charts resources.


    This is expected to go live in Q1 of next year.

    I would like to report this feature as well, would be great if we could differentiate and give access for Charts only for people who should have no access to App Service/Atlas itself

  4. Option to restore one or more db from snap to cluster. Right now, it involves manual dump and restore

    Hi all – We are currently developing collection and database-level restores. We expect this feature to be released in CY2025, but will update here once it is launched.
