We now have a docker image that includes the MongoDB server and Atlas Search and Vector Search: https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/cli/current/atlas-cli-deploy-docker/. This image is designed (and licensed for) development and testing locally and in CI/CD. It is not intended for production use.
The image is currently in public preview and we expect to GA it later in the year (2024).

This is especially key regarding access list entries since the activity feed is the only place where an event is pushed upon that action.
Customer needs to trigger alerts (reactive controls) in case any entries are added to the IP Access List. Right now there is no way to do push notifications. Only pull via query of an Admin API. This is a heavily requested feature to mitigate a risk initiate by the lack of granular RBAC controls
