An error occurred while saving the comment Karen Yau commentedagree, especially for large corporate, they need to submit internal ticket twice because one ticket is to invite user, another ticket is to add user to the group (after user accepted invitation). This is time consuming to ops team.

This is extremely important for enterprise customers, they are mostly using AWS and Azure which provides tag/label as well.
