    This is a critical feature for our company: the ability to route notifications based on cluster name.

    With the many clusters we manage, it’s crucial to deliver notifications directly to the relevant teams and groups, rather than relying on a single notification channel (e.g., Slack) or a group of project owners who may not be directly involved with the clusters' activity (e.g., DevOps). A single channel introduces an unnecessary middle communication layer, which can slow down the process.
