Secret deployment via API/CLI

We would like to push secrets via the Admin API or CLI.

This should be doable with our CLI https://docs.mongodb.com/realm/deploy/realm-cli-reference/#secrets and Admin API https://docs.mongodb.com/realm/admin/api/v3/#secrets-apis
