  1. M220 doesnt work... cant install mflix and there is no solution for it... tried everywhere...

    There needs to be a solution to install mflix properly... I could do it... very disappointed...

  2. Improve M121 instructions in detail on how to connect to mongo shell in different ways

    In M121 course, instructor said to open terminal and connect to cluster but they did not tell how to open mongo shell from command prompt since we are new to mongo db it was painful to search in google and figure out. More details for basic necessary things would be appreciated.

  3. duplicate course taking, needs fixed

    Course list pages and actual courses are, unfortunately, decoupled.

    I learned today that the two pages are not coupled to each other.

    While on the courses listing page, I clicked on M220P course hoping it would take me to my "already completed" course page.

    Instead, it just created another course to go for the next 60 days.

  4. M201 Lab 2.1: Using Indexes to Sort

    1) Detailed explanation contradicts itself. First bullet states: "When using an index for filtering and sorting the query must include equality conditions on all the prefix keys that precede the sort keys." However, third bullet states: "Yes, while this query fails to use equality on the "address. state" field of the index prefix, it uses the same field for sorting."

    2) Detailed explanation contradicts order requirement as described in lessons. Last bullet states: "The order of the fields in the query predicate does not matter." But lessons say that that order does matter.

    The slide changes from A to B (see attached screenshots). Obviously, B is correct, but the use case "Find all nodes that are under Z" is not even discussed. This needs to be fixed.

  7. Remove user data from survey

    You ask for personal data on both the testimonial and the group at the end of each survey. We are not allowed to provide feedback by corporate. Having the name and email link is worrisome. If a person selects no you need to not ask for that data. It violates PII when No is selected.

  8. Add an option to open the IDE in a popup window for small screen devices

    Instead of having the in-browser IDE unusable for small screen devices, it would be a good idea to have an option to open it in a separate window, or some other solution.

  9. Update , Improve study content

    Current content on : https://university.mongodb.com/exam/guide has some links not working and sometimes documents on docs.mongodb.com not having content as listed or discussed in videos. (Example sort with ranges and index order)

    Request updating study content ensuring all video links are working with latest content.

  11. Learning path

    I would like to have some kind of learning path in the University. From beginner to advanced where we can have courses listed and our progress clearly viewable.

    It should be easy to see where the path split (mongo for node, mongo for .NET etc) so we can go back to the right point in the path if we first want's to do the node path and then jump back and do the .NET path (if there is a .NET patch... lol)

    Hi, MongoDB University I have noticed that the quality of course completion certificate is very poor. Even it is in "jpeg" format. Please provide it in "pdf" format.

  13. Notify Via Text When Paid Exam Fee is Lapsing

    Please notify members via a text when their paid exam is lapsing. My emails went to junk folder and I missed rescheduling and now I think I am gonna lose that 150 dollars.

  15. Update M121 course material

    While goign through chapter 0 , connecting to Atlas, the video gives directions to go to mongo website - resources and download and follow the steps. The video seems to be an old one as the site has now changed and one is unable to follow the steps, hence unable to do the exercise as I cannot connect mongo to atlas.

  16. please fix the bugs

    I have almost completed a course but when I logged in again, it tells me that I have stopped at chapter 4 (out of 6). This is annoying and demotivating. It has happened multiple times.
