Improvements for Datadog integration
Some parameters for Datadog are not configurable in Ops Manager. For example, "tagging". Adding this functionality would make using Datadog easier.

The Datadog integration should support adding customer-defined tags. For instance, we heavily rely on the "env" tag in Datadog to build monitors and dashboards. It would be great to be able to configure the Datadog integration in Atlas to allow us to configure the integration to set "env":"dev" on all metrics being reported to Datadog from a particular project or cluster.

It would be good to include org id and/or project name in alerts sent via the datadog integration (ideally as datadog tags).
