Support rolling rebuild index
In some particular situation indexes need to be rebuild.
It would be nice to support a rolling index rebuild like Ops Manager does for the standard create index.

Creating an Index should not be an all-day affair. Please simplify this process so that there is no downtime or lag-issues on any node. Thank you!
