Make snapshot retention policy more customisable

Make the retention policy of Ops Manager snapshots customisable so we can choose custom values (like 21) to be more flexible with the settings.

    And to avoid to use any third parties backup application, to have yearly retantion also.

    another use case for which more flexibility than the schedule validation in Ops Manager allows for replica sets is:
    - requiring 30 days point in time restores
    - AND corresponding 30 days of snapshots
    - AND no weekly or monthly snapshots to be retained for longer.
