Downtime warnings for scaling should be colored semantically as destructive/warning Merged

What problem are you trying to solve?

Focus on the what and why of the need you have, not the how you'd like it solved.

When scaling a flex or free cluster, there is a info note at the footer of the screen saying "Please Note: Scaling a Free or Flex cluster requires 7-10 minutes of downtime" in the standard text size.

This is blue, which is oftentimes semantically read as "info", rather than a warning. This is a critical warning, and needs to be more prominent.

What would you like to see happen?

Describe the desired outcome or enhancement.

Color this warning bar to be destructive (red). At the very least, color it to be a warning.

Why is this important to you or your team?

Explain how the request adds value or solves a business need.

I personally missed it, and other teams could also miss it. If they miss it and end up scaling their production database during business hours, they could lose sales/customers.

What steps, if any, are you taking today to manage this problem?

N/A
