SSO + SCIM for Atlas Auth

Support SCIM for SSO as this can allow for more fine grained control for access groups in Atlas.     Enterprise need this foundational capabilities to manage users in Atlas. We can not rely on manual process these days. When it will be prioritise?

    As Idp getting more popular, it s usual to have IDP integration with Atlas UI and also DB auth using workforce / workload federation. This feature will help and remove manual process required with removing users. Suggest to re-consider given the move to IDP integration, would be great to have a complete solution for IdP integration.
