I have completed five badges but I only receive the only three proof of completion I don't know why the delay is like this so I want immedia

I didn't receive it proper certificate from your University I have completed and under 6 batches but 23 certificate I received I completed this a day before but now the certificates counter that is the proof of completion has not increased still remains in free kindly improve your certificate and provide the certificate as early as possible
