Allow different per-node configuration for replica sets deployed with the mck

What problem are you trying to solve?

Focus on the what and why of the need you have, not the how you'd like it solved.

I want to use a different storage class on some nodes in my replica set.

What would you like to see happen?

Describe the desired outcome or enhancement.

I would like to be able to define my replica set in such a way where the configuration of each node can be different. I imagine this would be accomplished by splitting the replicaset into two stateful sets.

Why is this important to you or your team?

Explain how the request adds value or solves a business need.

Customer wants to use a fast but ephemeral storage system for their electable nodes. They would be better off if they have a hidden node with persistent storage just to be safe.

What steps, if any, are you taking today to manage this problem?
