My name was cleared from the billing form, yet the address was in view, so I had to re-type it, but there's no indication (red input form invalidation). It was hidden behind the drop-down as the billing address started fully collapsed. After I was able to successfully save my new billing account did the UI show (!) warnings for accounts that needed names.

The address section should expand showing the validation problem.

Smoother UX. Hiding important details is anti-pattern.
