We can copy backups to different regions within the same cloud provider, but I want to be able to copy the backups in a different cloud provider, just as you can have a stretched cluster across different cloud providers.

What would you like to see happen?

I would like to be able to copy backups and the oplog to separate cloud provider region (matching the regions of the cluster) rather than being limited to the highest priority node electable region.

Probably will need to copy snapshots from S3 bucket to blob storage ourselves.
