Uptime report for Atlas cluster

It would be great to have an uptime report be it weekly or monthly basis which can be extracted and presented anyone who would like to have an high level overview.

    To the best of my knowledge most hyperscalers report on their infrastructural uptime, this does not include outages caused due to application side or customer side issues but primarily any outages on Mongo infrastructure. This would be a good view for customers to see we are meeting the SLA without having to traverse through historical outage incidents.

    It will be great to have an api to get the cluster uptime or the report having the data.

    Many customers from regulated industries (banking, public, etc.) would need such a reporting on a monthly basis.
