It will be helpful to provide Sock Proxy support for our drivers

Some customers have security policy restriction to directly connect to Atlas. So it will be helpful for them to use sock proxy to connect.

    Marking this as completed as there's a finalized specification for SOCKS5 support ( https://github.com/mongodb/specifications/blob/master/source/socks5-support/socks5.md ) , and some drivers have implemented support. As demand is found for this to be added to other drivers, they'll be prioritized accordingly.

    Currently this functionality was only requested for Node and Java. If there is a demand for Socks5 proxy support through any of our other language drivers let us know.

    Socks5 Proxy support was added in Java Driver 4.11.0 and Node.js driver 4.3.0.
