Add search in comments across all cases on mongo support portal

currently there is no option to search through comments in all cases within your project/organisation. if you have 100 tickets, you can't find details for what you've already discussed with Mongo support team. the only current option is to search in titles only - which is useless for troubleshooting. it's not possible to export comments as well. It would be nice to have an option to search through all comments in all your cases, and ideally through all cases on mongo support site (if case is marked as available for public access). information in these cases soon will overweight your existing knowledge base.
