Show specific point in time for the "Restores & Downloads" UI

Right now, if you run a point-in-time restore, the "Restore & Downloads" sub-tab on the "Backup" tab of the cluster shows the "Snapshot Completed Time" which is not the user requested "point in time" which leads to massive amounts of confusion. The UI shows the snapshot that was restored to but has absolutely no indication of what time the oplog was replayed to, leading the user to believe that the restore did not correctly restore. (whereas in actuality, the restore did correctly happen, just that the UI completely misleads the user) e.g. I have a snapshot policy every day at 03:00 UTC and I also have Continuous Backup enabled on my cluster. So let's say I'll ask for a point-in-time restore of Jan 1, 2022 06:00 UTC, but the UI will show snapshot completed time of Jan 1, 2022 03:00 UTC and make no indication that I requested for a point-in-time restore of 06:00 UTC.
