Data processing in the same cluster region

Currently any data visible through the Charts UI is routed through AWS US East. For customers inside the European Union it could be problematic to transfer the data to the US due to GDPR and data protection laws. Especially when dealing with sensitive user data. Data processing in the same cluster region would be a huge improvement to Charts.

    Even aside from GDPR style concerns, this makes using Charts from other geos very slow and painful, especially if the data cluster is also in a remote geo (remote to us-east, that is), due to all the round-trips required. Local processing would help this a lot.

    Unfortunately, this limitation prevents us form using Charts.
