Virus threat in MongoDB CLI

I am facing an issue when downloading MongoDB CLI on my win10 computer. The Windows virus scanner says there is a "Trojan:Win32/Caynamer.A!ml" in the file I am trying to download and ends the download. Is this threat real?

    The Windows defender version is 4.18.2202.4 and the download link is: https://cloud.mongodb.com/v2/62284672dfe7596b28acbc82#clusters/commandLineTools/Cluster0 and from there the "Install MongoDB CLI" button.

    Hello! : ) Could you tell us what version of mongocli you are trying to download, the link that you are using to download the binary, and your Win10 and windows defender versions? This information would help us to reproduce the issue. Thank you very much!
