Add a command to open the CLI config on my system editor

A new command like `mongocli config edit` that opens the config file on my system editor

    Interesting idea... I'm in two minds about it: 1. It's nice to make it easier for users to edit the config file without having to go and find the location (directory) where it's kept. 2. But do we want to encourage users to edit the config file manually? For the tech-savvy user who figures out where the config file is, their "reward" is that they are then able to edit it manually. But for a more casual user we might not want to make it easier for them to potentially mess up the config file...
