Update Search Index by Name

It's hard to find a document that clearly states a model to use when creating/updating a Search Index (after digging a little more I found an API documentation that helped me a little but I still had to rely on trial and error). Update and removal operations should be possible using only the name of the Search Index. This makes it difficult to implement a CI/CD pipeline with Atlas CLI.
