Creation of MongoDBUser resources in the Kubernetes control plane. We seek to shift the responsibility of MongoDBUser/database creation from an infrastructure team to a development team due to the anticipated high volume of user creations. Currently, developers cannot, and will not be able access the control plane, complicating user management and overhead at the infrastructure/platform team.

What would you like to see happen?

Describe the desired outcome or enhancement.

Ability to create MongoDBUser resources in namespaces in member clusters of MongoDBMultiCluster setup which the MongoDB Operator can ingest to create databases etc.

Why is this important to you or your team?

Explain how the request adds value or solves a business need.

Seperation of concern, we see the MongoDB database as a integral part of a deployment from an application/development team.
