I don't want the UI to shift down with new status messages

Instead the UI should be stable in it's position once it loads on the screen.

Everytime we need to manage IP addresses based on different work locals, we remove a stale IP and add the new IP to the whitelist. But the status message pushes the entire UI down—often times this shift happens the very moment we're about to click on a button. We continually find it quite annoying.

What steps, if any, are you taking today to manage this problem?

Just griping and feeling annoyed.
