Why you do not have AI chat for support ?

What problem are you trying to solve?

Focus on the what and why of the need you have, not the how you'd like it solved.

I wanted to ask some basic question in the chat. But you do not have AI chat, it has just some predetermined question, and move on everything to create a support ticket scenario.

What would you like to see happen?

Describe the desired outcome or enhancement.

I would like to have build in AI chat to try to solve or answer some my questions regarding mongodb cluster.

In this particular case I wanted to ask for location where to see performance degradations. But it looks like in February 2026 you still do not have this basic feature.

Also I wanted to find out if you have any MCP service to connect to mongodb as part of this process.

Why is this important to you or your team?

Explain how the request adds value or solves a business need.

Speed up feedback loop.

What steps, if any, are you taking today to manage this problem?

Using chatgtp, claude code and documentation and just looking hanging around UI to find where exactly and on which monitoring settings I need to look to find degradations.
