To have a maintainer role without data read access

What would you like to see happen?

Describe the desired outcome or enhancement.

With this role, I should be able to view db monitoring, manage indexes, manage cluster configs, view billing details
Data read should be restricted

Why is this important to you or your team?

Explain how the request adds value or solves a business need.

Because of compliance, we're not allowed to view database contents without customer/client constent. To perform maintainence activities always need to login into owner account which has no restrictions
