What problem are you trying to solve?

Focus on the what and why of the need you have, not the how you'd like it solved.

There are some spam posts in this here Mongo feedback portal from some blockchain marketers, including "SolRefunds". Would be nice to not have those cluttering the search results, and to not give spammers a venue. Example screenshots attached, from a search for "cost explorer".

What would you like to see happen?

Describe the desired outcome or enhancement.

Delete the spam posts from SolRefunds like https://feedback.mongodb.com/ideas/CUSTOMER-I-8500, ban the user who posted it if possible, and prevent future spam submissions from being posted. (Maybe by automatic spam detection, or cursory human moderator review.)

Explain how the request adds value or solves a business need.

Spam clutters online services, reduces their usability, and increases costs to those service hosts.

What steps, if any, are you taking today to manage this problem?

Not much I can do here, I think, since I don't have admin on this forum.
