It would make my life a lot easier if I could have some type of uniqueness constraint on data in time series collections. I frequently have to over fetch data and store that in the database. If I could insert and only upload the new stuff that would be amazing.

Why is this important to you or your team? Explain how the request adds value or solves a business need.	if there is lots of duplicate data in the collection we have to manage duplicate deletion which adds complexity
What steps, if any, are you taking today to manage this problem?	I delete sections of data before inserting to avoid duplication.
