Sorry, having trouble with this interface.

What problem are you trying to solve?

Focus on the what and why of the need you have, not the how you'd like it solved.

Db went down for auto scaling. I guess its taking a long time to update progress.

What would you like to see happen?

Describe the desired outcome or enhancement.

I'd like more granular status updates, and an ETA

Why is this important to you or your team?

Explain how the request adds value or solves a business need.

I was freaking out because I didn't know what happened. I saw the alert in my email. Then I thought it was stuck. It still may be.

What steps, if any, are you taking today to manage this problem?

I tried to enable the Developer plan Trial to open a ticket, but even though it says I am enabled for support... when I click to open a new ticket I get: Not Enabled for Support
