Make session timeout in Atlas UI configurable

Session timeout value in Atlas UI defaults at 12h. Allow it to be configurable per Project or Organization, with the minimum value being 15 minutes. All Atlas users within an organization that have been idle for the duration of the configured session timeout should be automatically logged out.

Hello, We are excited to announce the public preview of custom absolute and idle session timeout settings. Instead of relying on 12 hours session duration enforced by MongoDB Atlas, Organization Owners can now tailor timeout policies to meet their organization's specific needs. Please check Atlas product documentation for more information: https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/tutorial/manage-organization-settings/#configure-session-timeouts ( https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/tutorial/manage-organization-settings/#configure-session-timeouts )

Whole reason I wrote this https://blog.june07.com/about-mfa/, a browser extension to assist with the daily MFA chore

A 12h inactivity timeout is unreasonable these days. Minimum of 15 minutes is reasonable.

This has become a company policy at my organizations. They now require session timeout as a security practice.
