in Atlas, a Resync button, as we have in OPS Manager

it should be interesting to have in the Atlas UI, a RESYNC button, as we have in OPS Manager, when we want to trigger a rsync on a node.

Allow more aggressive downscaling of clusters

Autoscaling clusters down a tier doesn't seem to work very well. Even under rather low memory usage, it doesn't seem like the procedure really ever triggers.

Restored snapshots from a dedicated instance to a serverless instance

I'd like to be able to spin up serverless instances for automatically provisioned dev/QA environments. I'd like to have production data available in them. So I'd like to restore a dedicated instance snapshot to a serverless instance.
