Rename an existing index

Allow for the possibility of renaming an existing index, without having to drop and recreate it. Let us say a unique index exists in production, it might not be possible to safely drop it. Yet the index name might not be ideal.

allow API to retrieve closed project

Even if a project has been closed, it would be good to see what the name was. After all, the project ID shows up in the bill, why not the project name?

Enable though API a WAY to check status of SCRAM-SHA-256 at project level

There is no way for us to currently check the status of SCRAM-SHA-256 enablement at project level. We would like to have this feature enable at API level in order to have a better management and transparency with our configurations.

better index usage

Currently most of our indexes show a usage of <1/min which isn't very useful. If I hover over them I can see the usage which might say 20/day but I would prefer to not have to hover.
