Scaling cluster connections independent of cluster size/tier

Currently whenever you want to increase Atlas cluster connections, you have to scale up Cluster Tiers. When an application doesn't require additional disk storage but only additional connections the additional cost is difficult to justify.

Add the ability to configure the auto-resume setting for triggers through terraform

Currently MongoDB triggers can be created through the TF, but to enabled the auto-resume setting this needs to be manually done through the Atlas UI. This should be an option on the "mongodbatlas_event_trigger" TF resource, so it can be all config...

Deploy Custom Role to specific clusters only.

You added the ability to deploy users to specific clusters. Great but you forgot to do it for the "custom roles". We use the "custom role" with LDAPS so we do not create a user on Atlas. https://feedback.mongodb.com/forums/924145-atlas/suggestion...

Higher IOPS for small disk sizes (MongoDB Atlas on Azure)

AWS and GCP start with 2300-3000 IOPS for M10+ instance from the smallest disk size (8Gb), whereas on Azure we get 120 IOPS with 8Gb, 240 with 64Gb, 500 IOPS with 128Gb ... nowhere near to what AWS/GCP offer (120 - 500 IOPS for a database server i...
